Try this simple ab exercise

The first set of exercises I want to show you will strengthen your core.  We’ll work from the inside out, increasing your balance and building a foundation for strengthening your body as a whole.  And when you’re not using the big blue ball for exercising, you can throw it at people. Just imagine the fun!
